Development of a master plan for a place of pilgrimage for Catholics and other believers dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe. The site is a pristine 88 acre parcel on a wooded bluff bordered by a winding stream and pasture land. The first phase of the project is complete and includes the Pilgrim Center, Culina Mariana Cafe, and the Devotional Chapel. The second phase of the project is in design development and includes a 350 seat shrine church,outdoor devotional areas, and a Marian Catechetical Center and Rectory. The goal will be to create a spiritual contemplative center that blends with the naturalness of the site and honors the Mother of God.

This project includes master planning of a new 50,000 SF center to meet the spiritual, social, recreational, educational and administrative needs of the thriving parish community. The first phase will include a 1,000 seat church, central gathering area, administrative offices, multipurpose classrooms, devotional chapel, and support spaces.
