NORPLEX OAK CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS La Crosse, Wisconsin	The rehabilitation of a 42,000 SF turn-of-the-century warehouse into a contemporary office environment. The conversion restored the exterior of the building, while the interior was rehabbed with state-of-the-art communication and data processing equipment, and new system furnishings.
AMERICAN PHYSICAL THERAPISTS ASSOCIATION ORTHOPAEDIC SECTION La Crosse, Wisconsin	The masterplanning of an office park on a wooded, 4 acre site over-looking a slough of the Mississippi River. The design is a 2 story, 11,000 SF office facility that meets the organizations's program needs and fits into the landscape.
COULEE REGION HUMANE SOCIETY Onalaska, Wisconsin	This project involved the design of a new facility to house the humane society that has outgrown its present location. The search for a highly visible site with room for a 30,000 SF building, exercise yards, flight cages, a spay/neuter clinic, and adjacent wooded land to be used for walking trails.
THE TRANE COMPANY La Crosse, Wisconsin	Remodeling of a 14,000 SF portion of the ground floor and preparation of a plan to remodel 180,000 SF in the 25 year old administration building.
POWELL PLACE La Crosse, Wisconsin	Conversion of 30,000 SF of warehouse space into a retail mall and office complex. The restoration was successfully completed using Department of Interior's Guidelines for Rehabilitation to qualify for tax incentives.
SECURITY HOLDINGS, LTD. La Crosse, Wisconsin	Remodeling 12,000 SF of office space and restoring the exterior of the building to its 1910 appearance. The restoration was successfully completed using Department of Interior's Guidelines for Rehabilitation to qualify for tax incentives. This building is also the office for River Architects, Inc.
COURT VIEW PLACE Decorah, Iowa	The design of a new 7,000 SF two-story law office and attached apartment. The site faces the County Courthouse, and the exterior design reflects the image of a progessive law firm in a historic community.
DAVIS, BIRNBAUM, JOANIS, MARCOU & COLGAN LAW OFFICE La Crosse, Wisconsin	The design of a 6,000 SF law office relocating into a new office complex. The project was constructed in 2 phases.
