- MacHarley Lane is a neighborhood development for the future, but built with a sense of the past and a clear understanding of what makes people feel at home.
- Located on the south side of La Crosse, MacHarley Lane will consist of eleven single-family homes. The emphasis is on an intimate, friendly scale.
- The architectural styles are modeled after the early 1900’s Craftsman and Bungalow designs in order to recreate a sense of the older, traditional neighborhoods. The use of a cul-du-sac discourages speeding and thru traffic which promotes a quiet and more safe neighborhood. With short building setbacks, front porches instead of garage doors and tree-lined sidewalks, a pedestrian friendly streetscape is created.
