Built on a city lot, this home was designed to respect the older architectural character of the existing neighborhood. The owners asked us to design a home that looked like it could have been built 80 years ago

The residence was developed into two different zones. The street-side being a more formal setting, which includes the formal living room, foyer and dining room. The second zone includes the non-formal spaces, which features the family room, kitchen, nook, inglenook, library, laundry and indoor pool.
The plan is organized around a private yard on one side and the pool on the other. The second floor is primarily used for the bedrooms and private spaces. A one-bedroom guesthouse is situated over the three-car garage.
